Are there any settings that I need to change? Tech support scams are an industry-wide issue where scammers attempt to trick you into paying for unnecessary technical support services. In Windows , I don’t have any picture quality problems and I don’t get errors in my recorded files so I don’t think it is a problem with my tuners or my signal. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Does this come under the analog list of channels where it says CATV or will it have the Dxxxxx notation under fusionhxtv5 channel lineup? Does anyone have any ideas of what I can do? Looking at you dmesg I think it is OK. My video card is on board nvidia SE. If anyone gets it to works with Window 7 please let me know how. Not the same as yours but similar.

Prompted by your post, and hopeful for a new driver now Vistas released, I returned to the Dvico site today, and picked up this driver Vista 64bit: Did this solve your problem?
This means that I can’t pick up A good high performance card is needed with up to date drivers. It was the last machine I know it worked on for me. It recorded 29mins of a p HD show, but seems to have goold when my screen saver cut in, and the recording was ok to play. DVD drive not working properly.

With DVB the actual recording of the video stream uses very little of the pc’s resources. Or do I need to keep it below the channel space?
Has anyone been able to get this device to work in Window 7. Its the playback that requires a good graphics card and video acceleration so it still could be your card or drivers.
